Choose your weekly rhythm first
Plan two or three sessions that fit your life, allowing time to recover between them. The American College of Sports Medicine recommends training major muscle groups at least twice a week and building up gradually. Use this as a starting point, not a universal prescription.
Build a simple session
Choose a push, such as an incline push-up; a pull using a suitable bar or rings; a squat variation; and a controlled core exercise. Start with versions you can perform cleanly. If you have no safe pulling equipment, do not improvise an unsafe anchor at home.
Make progress comparable
Log the variation, sets, and reps. Compare the same version across several sessions before increasing difficulty or volume. Ranked shows a skill step suited to your level and keeps your workouts in one history.

A skill path makes progress tangible: your current level, next exercise, and clear goal. Roko helps you find a starting point.
