How does a skill path work?
A path shows the levels of a skill. Find your current level and next exercise in the Skills area of the app.
Where can I manage or cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Apple manages billing and cancellation there.
How do I get help with a purchase?
Email us a short description of the problem. Never send passwords or full payment details. Apple handles refund requests.
How is my data handled?
The current Privacy Policy explains what data is processed and which settings you can change. Find it under Legal.
A video or exercise does not load. What can I do?
Check your internet connection and reopen the app. If it continues, email us the exercise, app version, and iPhone model.
