01

Use the space you have

A floor and a little space are enough for incline or kneeling push-ups, controlled squats, and core holds. Pick a version you can perform with steady technique.

02

Know the pulling limitation

Pulling against your body weight requires a safe anchor. Avoid unstable doors, furniture, and improvised hangers. If you do not have a safe place to pull, train that pattern elsewhere instead of forcing a risky substitute.

03

Repeat a short routine

A repeatable push, legs, and core routine is easier to assess than a new workout every time. Log the variation and reps; add a suitable pull once you have safe equipment. ACSM recognizes bodyweight and home training as effective resistance training options. Ranked helps you log the sessions.
