01

A goal is not a plan

“I want a handstand” does not say what to train today. A useful path breaks a goal into observable levels and shows the next missing prerequisite.

02

Pick a level you can control

A level fits when you can practice it with control and understand its requirement. If it is too hard, momentum can replace technique.

03

Check again regularly

Record what you actually did. Once you repeatedly meet a level’s requirement, the next one makes sense. Ranked shows levels and workout history together.

Roko
Your path is not guesswork.

A skill path makes progress tangible: your current level, next exercise, and clear goal. Roko helps you find a starting point.
